£0 remaining for a hi-viz Jacket and steel toe-cap trainers
Our client previously had their own personal protective equipment (PPE). Though not dismissed, our client was asked to leave. On returning to collect his personal items, he was told that they had been thrown away. Our client asked for their value, but was refused. He has found new work which needs safety footwear, however, the employer refused to supply PPE. Our client cycles to work and needs a hi-vis jacket for safety and steel toe-cap trainers for work. Having been unemployed for the previous twelve months, he is struggling to find the funds.
