This mum of three young children has fled domestic violence and the perpetrator is deemed unsafe to be near his children. The eldest child, aged seven, has developmental issues and receives Disability Living Allowance. Mum receives Universal Credit and Child Benefits. They have been living in a caravan, but now rent a flat. There is no cooker in the flat so mum cannot give her children warm food. Please can you help?
